2. Purpose
KeoTeach is a web application providing study, productivity, research, document-processing and artificial-intelligence tools.
3. Conditions of use
Users must use KeoTeach lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with applicable legislation.
Unauthorised access, intentional disruption or misuse of the service is prohibited.
Users are responsible for the content they submit and must have the necessary rights to use it.
4. User accounts
Where registration is enabled, users are responsible for protecting their authentication credentials and activity performed through their account.
KeoTeach may restrict access when necessary for security, legal compliance or abuse prevention.
5. Intellectual property
The KeoTeach name, original interface, original code, texts and other original materials created by the owner are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts, icons and services remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
User-uploaded documents and original content remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Artificial intelligence
KeoTeach provides AI features as assistance tools.
AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies or outdated information.
AI output should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial or specialised advice.
Important information should be verified using reliable or official sources.
Magic study generates material from your notes and may contain mistakes: review it. Without an account, it can be used 3 times per day.
7. External services
Some KeoTeach features depend on external services including Firebase, AI providers, Pollinations, research services and technical infrastructure providers.
The owner does not control the availability, content or privacy practices of those external services.
KeoTeach Pro payments are processed by Stripe, which has its own terms and privacy policy.
8. Availability and changes
KeoTeach is provided subject to availability.
Some features depend on the owner's server, Internet connectivity, external services or AI providers.
The owner may modify, update, suspend or remove features when reasonably necessary.
9. Security
Reasonable technical measures are applied to protect the service and user information.
No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is not responsible for losses resulting from temporary interruptions, third-party failures, misuse, loss of locally stored data or reliance on inaccurate AI-generated information.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Subscribing to KeoTeach Pro
KeoTeach offers a free plan (KeoTeach Free) and a paid subscription plan (KeoTeach Pro) with higher limits and additional features. Both plans use the same AI model. The features and limits of each plan are shown on the “KeoTeach Pro” page of the application and may evolve.
Price: €5.99/month (monthly plan) or €59.99/year (annual plan). The final amount, including any applicable taxes, is shown on Stripe's payment page before you confirm.
Payment method: card, through Stripe. Pro access is activated once Stripe confirms the payment.
To subscribe you must expressly tick both boxes on the KeoTeach Pro page: acceptance of automatic renewal and your request for the service to start immediately.
12. Automatic renewal, cancellation and price changes
Automatic renewal. The subscription renews at the end of each period for the same amount and is charged to the card Stripe has stored, until you cancel: every month on the monthly plan and every year on the annual plan. The annual plan gives access to KeoTeach Pro for 12 months from the purchase or the last renewal.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from KeoTeach (KeoTeach Pro → “Manage subscription”) or by writing to keoTeach3@gmail.com. Cancelling prevents future charges; you keep KeoTeach Pro until the end of the period already paid (the current month or year). No partial refunds are given for the current period unless the law requires it, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.
Changing plan. You can switch from the monthly to the annual plan (or vice versa) from “Manage subscription”. Stripe calculates the prorated amount based on the time already paid.
Price changes. If the price changes, we will notify you in advance and you will be able to cancel before it applies.
Non-payment. If Stripe cannot charge the fee or the subscription ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted, but Free plan limits apply.
13. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of subscribing, without giving a reason. By subscribing, you expressly ask for the service to start immediately; in that case, if you withdraw, you will pay an amount proportional to the part of the service already provided until you tell us your decision.
To exercise it, write to keoTeach3@gmail.com stating clearly that you withdraw from the KeoTeach Pro subscription. We will refund what is due, using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving your notice.
14. Community rules
By using the Community you agree to: treat others with respect; not post insults, harassment or sexual, violent, discriminatory or illegal content; not share other people's personal data; not impersonate anyone; not spam or advertise; and not copy protected content without permission.
You are responsible for what you post. By posting, you allow KeoTeach to show that content to those who can see it (your friends or, for shared quizzes, anyone with the link) until you delete it.
KeoTeach may remove content and suspend or delete profiles that break these rules, especially after a report. You can report content with the flag button and block anyone from their profile.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, European Union law.
Where the user is a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules and applicable jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
For users who are not consumers, disputes shall be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable Spanish procedural law.
